Our Policies
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we're committed to making accommodations whenever possible. However, we do have the following policies in place:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of your appointment will be charged 50% of the total cost of your service.
- Same-day cancellations are subject to being treated as a no-show and will be charged the full amount of the service.
- Late arrivals will be adjusted accordingly, and rescheduling may be necessary.
Booking and Consultations
We schedule appointments online, and you can expect to receive a confirmation email with all the details about your booking. If you're a new client, please be prepared to share a current picture of your hair and an inspiration picture for your desired look. This ensures that we can give you the best possible service and allocate the proper time for your appointment. For in-salon consultations, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange one.
