Cancellation and Rescheduling

At Kara Spa, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. That's why we require 24 hours' notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Less than 4 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Arrival and Parking

We kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check-in and begin your relaxation. Parking is available in our designated parking lot behind the spa on Academy Street as well as street parking on Lavinia Avenue.

Gratuity

We appreciate your generosity and kindly request that you consider adding a 15%-20% gratuity to your spa services.

Medical Conditions

We respect the health and well-being of our guests. We kindly request that you inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your spa service.

For Your Comfort

We kindly request that you refrain from bringing valuables to your spa experience. We also recommend dressing comfortably and silencing your cell phone during your spa visit.
