Our Owner - Michael Vann

Michael Vann, the owner of Vann Hailing PDR Services, has been serving in the military since 1991 and is currently active at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base. Born and raised in East Tennessee, Michael is married to Michelle and has three children: Mikayla, Michael and Mika. He attended Roane State Community College and enlisted in the United States Army in 1991. In 1992, he joined the Tennessee Army National Guard and continued service to 2002. Michael joined the Tennessee Air National Guard in 2009 and still serves at McGee Tyson in Knoxville, TN where he has deployed to the Middle East multiple times.

In 2000, Michael started his Paintless Dent Removal career with Dent Wizard - the world leader in PDR. In March of 2011, he established Vann Hailing PDR. Michael takes pride in serving the Tri-Cities for over 20 years and is committed to providing excellent service to this community.

Our Services

At Vann Hailing PDR Services, we specialize in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), a technique that removes auto body damage without affecting the original paint job. Our services include hail damage repair, door ding removal, body crease repair, and minor dent repair. We have the experience and expertise to repair various-sized dents and dings, no matter what make or model your vehicle is.

Our mobile PDR technicians can come to you, providing the convenience of having your vehicle repaired at your location. We serve Johnson City TN, Kingsport TN, Bristol TN, Greenville TN, Elizabethton TN, Jonesborough TN, Unicoi TN, Erwin TN, Piney Flats TN, Bluff City TN, Blountville TN, and Gray TN. In addition, we work through four local body shops, ensuring that our customers have access to our services.

For the convenience of our clients, we also offer window tinting, yard signs, banners, and other signage, as well as graphics and small wraps for cars and food trucks. We are proud to offer these services at several local car dealerships, including Grindstaff Kia, Chantz Scott Dodge, Grindstaff Ford, Lakeway Auto, Auto World of Big Stone Gap, Chantz Scott Kia, Chaparral Buick GMC, Grindstaff Dodge Jeep Chrysler, and Johnson City Ford.
