Our clinic is located at 909 Barret Avenue, Louisville, KY 40204. We offer a relaxed and peaceful environment, designed to promote relaxation and comfort. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm, Monday 4pm-8pm, Tuesday 11am-3pm, Wednesday 9am-6pm, Thursday 3pm-8pm. You can schedule an appointment online or by calling us at 502.589.6860.
