Our Story
Beast Body Fitness started on a field in 2011. Newlyweds Tremayne and Cassandra came together because their mom wanted to lose weight with her friends from church. As trainers and instructors already, the newlyweds decided to launch what was then known as Loos' Em Big Bootcamp. Since launching, the program has helped thousands of people lose weight, build lean muscle, and develop a strong mindset. Training like an athlete and keeping fitness fun has become the Beast Body way. We believe in true modifications for building a foundation, so modified through advanced levels welcome for a great sweat sesh!

Group Classes
Our group classes are energetic, fun, and challenging. Whether you're joining for weight loss or toning, our classes will help you achieve the results you want in a safe and non-intimidating atmosphere. Our trained instructors will guide you through a workout that is modified to fit your level, from beginner to advanced. Every day, we work different body groups, and every workout is different. Our structure of classes is designed to help you achieve your goals and provide a sense of community and accountability.
Additional Classes
As a Beasts Body Fitness member, you will have access to additional classes at no additional cost. These classes include boxing camp, bulk slow tempo heavy lift, core explode 30-minute core strength workout for better form and posture, full throttle 30-minute high-intensity workout, dance fitness, stretch/recovery, and more. We also offer open gym sessions and virtual classes for those who can't make it to a live class.
Mindset of a Beast
Our additional class, Mindset of a Beast, is a group coaching Q&A session with your trainers where you can discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly of fitness. We also offer Ladies Night and Man Cave workouts.
