Our Story
Carroll's Flowers has a rich history, dating back to 1964 when Marty and Peg Carroll opened their first shop in Juniata Park. Marty, a veteran and former Philadelphia police officer, had a passion for flowers and began his career selling flowers on the corner and in bars. After serving in the military, he joined the Philadelphia Police Department and worked in a flower shop in the subway concourse at Broad and Erie. With the help of his wife Peg, they built a loyal customer base, providing flowers for every special event in their customers' lives. Generations of loyal customers return again and again for prom flowers, weddings, births of children, and funerals.
