Poor Customer Service and Hiring Practices
The majority of reviews for R&L Carriers were overwhelmingly negative, with many customers expressing frustration with the company's customer service and hiring practices. Several reviewers reported experiencing poor communication and a lack of professionalism from the company's customer service representatives.
Unrealistic Expectations and Inefficient Hiring Process
