Our company was founded by Randy Rauch, a South Florida native who has spent over 42 years in the real estate business. Randy has established himself as a well-known and respected expert in the South Florida commercial real estate brokerage community. He is committed to providing his clients with the highest degree of quality service, and his company is dedicated to enhancing his clients' ability to succeed in their real estate investments.

Company History

Our company was founded in 1967 when Randy's dad, Wayne L. Rauch, began working for Stockton, Whatley, Davin & Co., one of the largest mortgage banking, real estate, and insurance firms in the Southeast. Randy joined the industry in 1978, when he joined Watson Realty Corp, at the time Florida's largest brokerage firm in Jacksonville, Florida. Before leaving Watson Realty in 1981 to join his dad at Rauch, Weaver, Millsaps & Co., Randy was the broker of record for the highest sale price paid for any residential property in the North Jacksonville marketplace.
