Our team is composed of highly skilled and experienced professionals who have extensive knowledge and expertise in soil science, wetlands, and septic systems. Our senior soil scientist, Michael D. Eaker (Mike), has over 35 years of experience working with soils, wetlands, and septic systems in North Carolina. He is an Authorized Onsite Wastewater Evaluator (AOWE) and has served as both a local county soil scientist and a regional soil scientist for the State of North Carolina. Our senior soil technician, Blake C. Raynor (Cameron), has over 10 years of experience working with soils, septic systems, and wetlands in North Carolina.

That's why we offer soil and site evaluation services to assess the suitability of a site for wastewater disposal and wetland mapping. We have evaluated sites ranging from 1 acre to 500+ acres for proposed residential, commercial, and public uses. Our services include:

• Large septic system groundwater mounding analysis
• Wetland mapping

Preliminary Soil Mapping

We provide preliminary soil mapping services for septic design, subdivision layout, permit acquisition, and installation oversite for residential or commercial facilities. Our soil mapping services are designed to help our clients make informed decisions about their properties.

Land Evaluation/Consultation

We offer land evaluation and consultation services to inform landowners of potential site constraints, including soil suitability studies, wetlands assessments, and stormwater evaluations. On-Site Wastewater Disposal Evaluations/Design

We work with local health departments and/or state regulatory agencies to obtain permits for subsurface wastewater technologies. We can design the latest approved septic systems by the state of North Carolina, and we can provide AOWE permitting services.

Hydrogeological/Hydrologic Testing

We perform groundwater modeling for the purpose of modeling large system flows using Drainmod or Colorado State models. Our hydrogeological/hydrologic testing services are designed to help our clients make informed decisions about their properties and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
