Professionalism
Pearl Dermatology seems to have a mixed reputation when it comes to professionalism. Communication and Coordination

Stephanie Guzman's appointment was cancelled just before the scheduled time, and she felt that the office could have avoided the issue by double-checking her insurance information earlier.
