Our Story
Spine & Rehab Specialists opened its doors in 1997 with a commitment to providing top-notch physical therapy services to the community. Our founders, Harry Koster, PT, Cert. MDT, and Bonnie Heredia-Koster, ATC, LAT, MA, have dedicated their careers to helping people overcome injuries and achieve optimal physical health. Our team of experienced physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and support staff are passionate about delivering personalized care that addresses the specific needs of each patient.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of physical therapy services, including Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, Functional Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Concussion Management, Aquatic Therapy, Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Study (NCS), and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (MSKUS). Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with the latest technology, including the Alter G Anti-Gravity Treadmill, Biodex, Repex, and HydroWorx 500 Multi Cervical Unit.
