At CRG Auto Body, we're a family-owned and operated business with over 30 years of experience in the auto repair industry. We opened our doors in 2006 with a small shop in Silver Spring, and since then, we've expanded to a larger facility in Rockville, thanks to our customer referrals. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction, and we strive to provide excellent service to our customers.
Our Story
We understand that excellent customer service is vital to the success of our business, and so we do everything necessary to ensure our customers leave our shop satisfied. We work with all insurances and have a close relationship with towing and rental companies, which helps us to ease the repair process for our customers. We understand that it can be a stressful time, so we always strive to lift some of the burden off our customers by completing all necessary tasks before their vehicle can be dropped off. We also keep all parties updated during the repairs.
Meet Our Team
Our managers are ASE and I-CAR certified, two of the most prestigious institutes for training and testing automotive service professionals. We are here to help our customers understand what repairs will be done on their vehicles and to discuss all possible options. Giving a price for the repairs is only part of the estimate. Our technicians are I-CAR certified and trained to work with our state-of-the-art collision repair equipment. All of our technicians attend training classes regularly to make sure they are familiar with all updates in the ever-changing auto industry.
