Themed Fundraising Event

Location: Episcopal School Jacksonville

The theme for this fundraiser was a contemporary county hoedown. We started with a blank slate and a concrete slab. The wheels started turning as the event chair described a bar she liked from a local establishment. Well it didn't take much and we were off sourcing bottles, ball jars, and hay bales. We created seating areas with faux cow hide rugs, lit what seemed to be thousands of candles, designed a custom bar and the rest is magic!

Many times Watermark Events is called upon to do small venue events. We love these because we get to know our clients and their personal tastes over a gradual period of time. Whether a baby shower, bridal shower, themed party or board of directors' dinner, we make each occasion special. We discuss theme, color palette, floral needs, tables, chairs, linens, caterers, food allergies, favors, invitations, set up and break down, guest lists, timelines, rsvp's, parking, and port-o-lets, yes, we discuss that too! So many times our clients' get overwhelmed at the idea of hosting an event, but at Watermark Events the waters are calm and the team creative!
