Welcome to United Medical and Aesthetics, where we bring together the best of both worlds: medicine and aesthetics. Our practice is dedicated to providing highly personalized medical and aesthetic care using the most advanced laser therapies and top-of-the-line skin care products available in the country. We are proud to be a trusted provider of FDA-approved injectables, such as Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Jeuveau, Restylane, Allergan, and Prollenium, all sourced directly from the United States.
Our founder, Aleta Sloan PA-C, is a highly experienced physician assistant with over 30 years of practice in Emergency Room, Internal Medicine, and Cardiology. Aleta's extensive training in injectables and lasers, as well as her deep understanding of medicine, have earned her the nickname "Laser Queen" in Wilmington. She is known for her natural-looking results, which she achieves by combining scientifically proven medical therapies with innovative anti-aging therapies.
At United Medical and Aesthetics, we are committed to three core values: Safety, Results, and Education. These values guide our approach to providing the safest, most effective lasers and injectables in the country. We believe that education is the key to staying at the forefront of the industry, and we are dedicated to continuously learning and improving our techniques to provide the best possible care for our patients.
Our Services
At United Medical and Aesthetics, we offer a wide range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our patients. Here are some of the services we provide:
- Dermal fillers: We offer a variety of dermal fillers to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and facial folds. Our fillers are made from hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body, and are designed to provide long-lasting results.
- Neurotoxins: We offer neurotoxins, such as Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, and Jeuveau, to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines by relaxing the muscles that cause them.
- Radiofrequency microneedling: This non-invasive treatment uses radiofrequency energy and microneedles to stimulate collagen production and improve the texture and tone of the skin.
- CO2 deep and superficial resurfacing: We offer CO2 laser resurfacing treatments to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and acne scars. Our treatments can be customized to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- PDO threads: PDO threads are a non-surgical alternative to facelifts. They are made from polydioxanone, a biocompatible material that is absorbed by the body over time. PDO threads can help lift and tighten the skin, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and sagging.
- IPL Frax: IPL Frax is a non-invasive treatment that uses intense pulsed light to improve the texture and tone of the skin. It can help reduce the appearance of sun damage, age spots, and rosacea.
- Subnovii Plasma Pen: The Subnovii Plasma Pen is a non-invasive treatment that uses plasma energy to improve the texture and tone of the skin. It can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and acne scars.
- Anesthesia with Pronox: We offer anesthesia with Pronox to help make treatments more comfortable for our patients. Pronox is a nitrous oxide delivery system that can be used during treatments to reduce anxiety and discomfort.
- Vitamin injections: We offer vitamin injections to help support overall health and wellness. Our injections can help boost energy, improve immune function, and reduce inflammation.
Customized Treatments
At United Medical and Aesthetics, we believe that customized treatments are the best approach to improving the skin's appearance, beauty, and overall health. We invite patients to visit our practice for a consultation appointment with Aleta Sloan PA-C to discuss treatment options available and how they compare in regards to efficacy, results, and cost. She can make recommendations based on the goals of the patient and what she feels will give the best results inline with their budget. With nine lasers at our disposal, Aleta can combine specific procedures for dramatic, faster, and longer-lasting results.
