• Cancelation Policy: There is a 24-hour cancelation policy in place. Please consider our technicians when canceling or rescheduling appointments as their time is a valuable commodity.
• Clothing: Appropriate robes and slippers are provided as a complimentary service to be used while you are our guest.
• Gratuities: Gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated by De Beaute personnel. Please note that all gratuities are CASH ONLY.
• Gift Certificates: All gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of check-in. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.
• Privacy: We respect the privacy of our clients and provide individual changing rooms. You will be fully covered during all services.
• Parking: Ample parking is available for your convenience.
• Punctuality: We ask that you kindly check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

• Returns: Unused merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
