Body Zen was founded by Daniel, a skilled massage therapist, movement coach, personal trainer, and martial arts instructor. Daniel's talent for understanding the human body began at a young age, and he has dedicated his career to helping people achieve optimal health and wellness. With years of experience and a passion for helping others, Daniel created Body Zen to provide a safe and serene environment for people to relax, rejuvenate, and heal.

Our Services

At Body Zen, we offer a range of services designed to help you achieve optimal wellness and relaxation. Our expert massage therapy services include customized full-body massages, scalp, neck, and reflexology treatments, and injury and medical massage. We also offer online training and video instruction, hosted by Vimeo, where you can access life-saving videos and learn exercises and stretches to improve your posture, mobility, and overall health.

We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and safe environment, which is why we have always practiced an extraordinary level of sanitation and social distancing between each client. We have also enhanced our measures to include using disposable face rest barriers and face masks available upon request.
