Our Story
Captain Trevor Smith, the founder of ProFishNC Charters, has a lifelong passion for fishing. Growing up, he spent countless hours on the water, developing a deep understanding of the local fishery. With a degree in Environmental Science from UNC Wilmington, Captain Trevor has extensive knowledge of the coastal fisheries and wetlands management. He has also worked with the North Carolina Department of Marine Fisheries, including the Cape Fear River Striped Bass Survey, further enhancing his fishing expertise.
Our Boats
ProFishNC Charters operates two premium charter boats, designed for comfort, fishing, and safety. Our flagship vessel is a 30Ft Sea Vee Custom Offshore Fishing Boat, tailored for nearshore and offshore fishing charters. This boat provides exceptional stability, room, and seating for anglers. Additionally, we operate a 20Ft Mckee Craft Center Console for inshore and nearshore fishing charters, accommodating up to four or five anglers.
