Our Team

Our talented team of stylists and technicians are dedicated to their craft, with over 30 years of combined experience in the industry. Our co-owners, Colleen and Eric, have spent years honing their skills and are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

• Colleen Baker: Co-owner and spa designer, with 32 years of experience in the industry. Colleen is a specialist in eyebrow waxing and shaping, and is known for her exceptional skills in advanced clinical skincare and nail services.
• Eric Baker: Co-owner and lead hair technician, with over 34 years of experience. Eric is a passionate stylist who is dedicated to creating a family-friendly environment and is skilled in color and highlights, color corrections, micro-bead hair extensions, and men's cuts.
• Terri Bennett: Stylist and Artistic Educator, with 30 years of experience in the industry. Terri is certified in the technique of craft coloring, cutting, and styling and is passionate about helping others feel good about themselves.
• Dyani Genovese: Manicurist and pedicurist, with 20 years of experience in the industry. Dyani is known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and positive personality, and has a loyal client base in Winter Park and Orlando.
