We know that plans can change, and we've designed an industry-leading cancellation policy that's flexible for our customers and supports our drivers. Our policy is as follows:

• Before pick-up time fees:

+ More than 6 hours: No fee

+ Less than 6 hours: Full base fare

• After pick-up time fee: Full base fare
• No Show Policy: **NO SHOW will be charged the full amount of the trip.
