Leo High School, located in Chicago, has a rich history that fosters a sense of community and brotherhood among its students. Both authors, Brian Cahill and Daniel Griffin, have had a profound and positive experience at the school.
Brotherhood and Pride
Brian Cahill, a former student of the school from 1989-90, fondly remembers his time at Leo High School. He highlights the emphasis on brotherhood and the idea that every student has the "heartbeat of a Lion" and should always stand up for one another. He is proud of the school's legacy and believes that his son will share in that pride the moment he steps foot on campus.
Excellent Education and Lasting Impact
Daniel Griffin, who attended the school in the late 1960s, agrees that Leo High School provides an outstanding education. He attributes his superior education to the first Christian Brothers of Ireland school in Chicago and notes that the school remains a premier educational institution to this day.
