Mark N. McHugh Real Estate is a family-run business that has been serving the Sequim community for over three decades. Our team is comprised of Mark, Mitch, and Beth McHugh, all of whom are natives of Sequim and have a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Our Team

Mark N. McHugh, our owner and broker, has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. He holds a Designated Broker's license in Washington State and is a member of the Sequim Association of Realtors, the Olympic Listing Service, and the National Association of Realtors. Mark has served on the Board of Directors of the Sequim Association of Realtors and the Olympic Listing Service and has received numerous awards for his achievements in the real estate industry.

Beth McHugh, our managing broker, has a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Dramatic Art from Whitman College. She has been in the real estate business for over 30 years and has served on the Board of Directors of Olympic Theatre Arts in Sequim. Beth is a licensed Managing Broker in Washington State and has received the Realtor Achievement Award.

Mitch McHugh, our newest agent, graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Business Management. He has worked as a property claims adjuster for a major insurance company and has joined our team to bring his enthusiasm and energy to the real estate industry.
