Que Gusto

Que Gusto is a South American gourmet food company that specializes in Ecuadorian cuisine. We are a family-owned and operated business, and we take pride in using only the freshest, organic, and locally sourced ingredients in all of our dishes. Our menu features a wide variety of options, from empanadas and yucca fries to salads and slow-roasted pork sandwiches. We believe that food should be an experience, and we strive to provide our customers with flavorful, transportive meals that are not only delicious but also sustainable.

Our Story

We are a husband and wife team, Carla and Fernando, who moved our family to Tulsa from Ecuador in 2012. We bring with us decades of experience in the food industry and a passion for sharing our culture through food. Carla grew up working in a restaurant with her mother and has been cooking and developing recipes since she was 10 years old. At Que Gusto, we use only the highest quality ingredients, and we are committed to using eco-friendly packaging.

Our Menu

At Que Gusto, we offer a wide variety of dishes that are sure to please any palate. Our menu includes:

• Empanadas: Handmade, baked pastries filled with a variety of ingredients, including grass-fed ground beef and olives, organic chicken breast and cilantro, pork loin and potato, and more. We also offer vegan and gluten-free options.
• Yucca Fries: Crispy fried yucca served with a variety of dipping sauces.
• Salads: Fresh, organic salads made with locally sourced ingredients.
• Sandwiches: Slow-roasted pork, vegan provolone, and tofu with soy-chorizo and spinach.
• Drinks and Desserts: A variety of refreshing drinks and sweet treats to round out your meal.

Catering

At Que Gusto, we also provide catering services for events of all sizes. We don't believe in standard menus or structured meal plans, and we love the creativity that comes with designing a menu with you, centered on the foods you like with your budget in mind. We have a great variety of menu options, so don't hesitate to let us know if you're looking for something specific.

The Empanada Bike

In addition to our restaurant and catering services, we also offer the Empanada Bike, a unique and fun way to enjoy our food on the go. The Empanada Bike is a bicycle equipped with a rolling oven, and we can bring it to your event or location to serve fresh, hot empanadas. We have 16 different varieties to choose from, and our well-equipped server can even bring cookies, drinks, or anything from the Que Gusto menu that you love that doesn't need to live inside our warmer.

Sustainability

At Que Gusto, we believe in sustainable practices and are committed to reducing our environmental impact. We use eco-friendly packaging, all of which is biodegradable or recyclable. We also source our ingredients locally whenever possible and use only the best quality, organic, and grass-fed ingredients in our food.
