Boly:Welch was founded in 1986 by Diane Boly and Pat Welch with a vision of creating a culture where people can bring their whole selves to work and foster meaningful connections through community. Today, we've grown to 40+ employees from diverse backgrounds, united by our passion for people and matching talent with opportunity.
