Exceptional Vacations and Quality Properties
Clinton Street Retreat, managed by Beachwalk Properties, was an exceptional vacation rental experience for many reviewers. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and a clear view of the lake from the driveway. The beds were comfortable, and the house was well-stocked with seating, both inside and outside. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the property was very clean.
The Lighthouse, also managed by Beachwalk Properties, received rave reviews from Elizabeth Wendling and her high school friends. The property was well-appointed, with all necessary items provided for a comfortable stay. The location was stunning, with beautiful views through many windows. The reviewers praised the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, which exceeded their expectations.
Disappointing Experience at Little Piece of Haven
However, Sonny Cohen's experience at Little Piece of Haven, also managed by Beachwalk Properties, was a different story. Despite being a high-quality property, issues arose during their stay. The swimming pool mechanism failed, and they were unable to access the pool for 20 hours. The stove hood fan was inoperable, causing smoke to set off the smoke alarms. Minor annoyances, such as torn shower curtains and dirty carpets, were also present.
Additionally, Sonny Cohen reported that the management company, Beachwalk Properties, was unresponsive to their issues and did not provide any financial adjustments or repairs. The reviewer also raised concerns about the presence of video surveillance cameras, which made them feel uncomfortable.
