Our custom tiny houses offer fully equipped accommodations with unique themes like Scandinavian design, train-inspired decor, and Japanese zen. Each unit includes a kitchenette, bathroom, and private deck, sleeping 2-5 guests. Located in Portland's Kerns neighborhood, these stays combine modern comfort with artistic flair for travelers seeking memorable experiences.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations
We welcome pets in two designated units (Barn and Boho) with a $50 fee per stay. Our pet-friendly policy ensures comfortable lodging for guests traveling with animals while maintaining cleanliness standards. These units feature secure entry and proximity to green spaces for pet convenience.
Self Check-In System
Our automated check-in system provides smart door lock codes via email 5 days before arrival. Guests can access their units anytime after 4 PM without waiting for staff. The process requires completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit hold on a credit card.

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM.
What is your cancellation policy?
14-day notice gives 96% refund; 7-day notice gives 46% refund. Last-minute cancellations receive partial refunds only if units can be rebooked.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, in Barn and Boho units with a $50 fee. No other pets permitted.
Is parking available?
Free street parking available in Kerns neighborhood. No on-site parking provided.
Do tiny houses have kitchens?
