Red Bento is an Asian-fusion restaurant that has served the Moscow, Idaho community since December 16, 2009. Originally established in downtown Moscow, we relocated to the Palouse Mall in 2019 to provide customers with convenient access to our diverse menu alongside shopping experiences. Our offerings span Japanese classics like sushi, teriyaki, and tempura, alongside Korean, Chinese, and Thai-inspired dishes, including our award-winning Korean gimbap and bento dinner boxes. Recognized as the 'Best Asian Restaurant' in the Palouse for four consecutive years by Pullman Daily News, we prioritize fresh ingredients, house-made sauces, and traditional preparation methods. Our lunch and dinner menus feature customizable rice bowls, noodle dishes, and appetizers designed to cater to both individual tastes and shared dining experiences.

We maintain a cashless payment system accepting debit and credit cards to streamline transactions for our guests. Operating daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, our Palouse Mall location offers a welcoming environment for casual dining and takeout.
