Teamwork and Excellent Service
The EaDo Bike Co. team received high praise from several customers for their exceptional service, knowledge, and teamwork. Poor Communication and Service
On the other hand, Timothy Wallace had a terrible experience with EaDo Bike Co. He ordered a $5000 bike in November, but was delayed due to parts. He received poor communication, with no calls or texts until February. When he finally received the bike, he had to deal with further delays and poor communication, including being told that his time was free. He ended up leaving the bike for another week and expressed frustration with the service.
