Services
Residential Carpet Cleaning
Our residential carpet cleaning service extends carpet lifespan while maintaining healthy indoor environments. Using the Downey Double Clean method, we first inspect and apply specialty cleaning agents, then use counter-rotating brushes to loosen dirt before high-flow extraction removes all residue. The process concludes with optional carpet protection application that creates stain resistance through advanced fluorochemical technology.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Designed for business facilities, our commercial cleaning maintains professional environments with minimal disruption. We implement scheduled cleanings using industrial-grade equipment that removes soil buildup while preserving carpet appearance. Services include VCT stripping, waxing, and fabric-covered cubicle cleaning, all performed by certified technicians trained in maintaining commercial flooring standards.
Upholstery Cleaning
This service restores fabric furniture through specialized cleaning techniques that remove embedded dirt and odors. Our process combines targeted stain treatment with extraction methods that penetrate upholstery fibers. We also offer deodorizing treatments that eliminate pet smells and other persistent odors using advanced odor control formulas.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
We restore tile surfaces through deep-cleaning processes that remove grime buildup from high-traffic areas. Our technicians use equipment that simultaneously cleans tile surfaces while penetrating grout lines. The service includes sealing options that protect against future staining while maintaining the natural appearance of stone and ceramic surfaces.
Carpet Protection Application
This protective treatment creates a barrier against liquid spills and particulate matter. Applied after cleaning, our fluorochemical formula bonds to carpet fibers, preventing stains from setting while maintaining fabric softness. The treatment also makes routine maintenance easier by reducing dirt adhesion between professional cleanings.
