Our Services
We're committed to handling all of your building envelope needs. Our steep slope group specializes in installing asphalt shingles, architectural and industrial metal roofing systems, copper, zinc, and stainless steel standing seam, and flat seam. Our low slope group focuses on built-up roofing systems, single-ply thermoplastic and EPDM roofing systems, modified bitumen roofing systems, and elastomeric coatings.
Our waterproofing group provides commercial waterproofing services in both South Carolina and North Carolina. Our staff has a wide range of experience and expertise in waterproofing, and we're equipped to handle projects of all sizes and complexity. We also offer repair and maintenance services, including roof inspections, leak repairs, and storm damage repairs.

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who share our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Our leadership team includes Richard Watts, CEO; Rick O'Connor, President; Scott Mathias, Vice President; Wyman Windham, Superintendent; and Aimee Jeffcoat, Payroll/Human Resources.
