Metro Dog Seattle

Metro Dog Seattle has dedicated itself to enhancing the quality of pets' lives since its founding in the mid-1990s. Originally established as La Amiga Pet Care, the business expanded in 2001 to include daycare and kennels, and in 2014 introduced Walks n Wags Pet First Aid classes. Our team holds certifications in Dr. Sophia Yin's Low Stress Handling Techniques and Fear Free methodologies, combining decades of experience with ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standards of care. We specialize in supervised daycare, boarding, dog walking, pet sitting, and in-home medical support, prioritizing individualized attention and animal well-being. Our facility features large indoor/outdoor play areas, orthopedic bedding, and climate-controlled environments to ensure comfort.

Transportation services and specialized programs for senior or medical-needs pets demonstrate our commitment to comprehensive solutions. We emphasize the human-animal bond through responsible care practices and community education initiatives like our pet first aid courses. Transparency in operations, clear cancellation policies, and consistent service quality have earned us long-term client trust. Our approach integrates animal behavior expertise with practical experience to create safe, enriching environments for every pet. This dedication to excellence continues to define our service philosophy across all offerings.
