Our Story
Our journey began with Chef Raul's prestigious culinary background, which took him from the luxurious Waldorf Astoria in New York City to esteemed establishments in Orlando, Florida. With a wealth of experience and a passion for delivering exceptional cuisine, Chef Raul pursued his dream of starting his own catering company. Together with Michele, his wife and partner, they founded Foodie Catering, where they offer restaurant-caliber cuisine and service for all types of events.
