Our Story
Our journey began over a decade ago when our founder, Katrina, was inspired by the wisdom of the Upanishads: "Be mindful of your thoughts, for your thoughts become your words, and your words become your actions, and your actions become your character, and your character becomes your karma." She saw a vision of a studio where people could come together to cultivate positive vibrations, inner peace, and Spiritual awareness. After years of study, travel, and practice, we opened our doors to the public in 2016. Today, we continue to grow and evolve as a community, offering a sanctuary for spiritual growth, healing, and connection.
