Our Story
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, our founder Jimmy grew up eating good barbecue ribs, rib tips, chicken, and pulled pork. Wanting to match those good recipes, we started cooking in Las Vegas, Nevada, formally known as "Topnotch Barbecue." We have won many awards for Barbecue and have been featured in numerous magazines locally and nationwide. Our motto is "No sauce for the boss, " because we believe that perfectly seasoned meat never needs sauce to enhance the flavor. Once you taste our food, you'll see the love we put into it.
