Our Leadership

Our team is led by founder and CEO, Randall F. Cailor, PE, who has over 35 million square feet of design experience on over 320 projects throughout his 30-year career. With a Masters in Engineering from Cornell University, Randy has a passion for innovative design, sustainable solutions, and expertly delivered results.

Our Experience

With a combined 75 years of experience, our team has worked on projects in 28 states and China, from commercial and residential developments to hospitality and institutional projects. We've designed structures of every size and scope, from offices and warehouses to hotels and museums. Whether it's a new construction project or a retrofitting effort, our team is equipped to deliver results that meet our clients' unique needs.
