Founded in 1968, Damianos Realty Group is a family-owned and operated commercial real estate company specializing in cutting-edge office, retail, industrial, and land development. Our company was established by the late Dr. Xenophon Damianos, who recognized the need for innovative medical complexes, nursing facilities, and adult homes early in his career. Since then, we have expanded our portfolio to include a wide range of commercial spaces, including office buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, and warehouses.

- X. Cristofer Damianos, Principal: Mr. Damianos joined the family business in 1981 and has been instrumental in its growth and expansion. He oversees acquisitions, development, and management of over one million square feet of commercial real estate on Long Island. Mr. Damianos is a member of the Suffolk County Industrial Development Agency (IDA), the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Incorporated Village of Nissequogue, the Association for a Better Long Island (ABLI), and the Real Estate Institute (REI) at Stony Brook University, College of Business. He is a former Founder and Vice Chair of Gold Coast Bank, former President & Treasurer of St. George's Golf & C.C., former Trustee of the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA), former Trustee of St. Charles Hospital and Rehabilitation Center, and former Trustee and Vice Chairman of the Long Island Museum of American Art, History and Carriages.
- Pelops Damianos, Principal: Mr. Damianos is a Principal presiding over the Leasing and Acquisitions Division of Damianos Realty Group. He holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Economics from Dowling College and a M.B.A from Adelphi University. Mr. Damianos is actively involved with many Long Island organizations including the Long Island Museums of Art, History, and Carriages, and Brookhaven Memorial Hospital. He is a member of the Association for a Better Long Island (ABLI), Commercial Industrial Broker's Society (CIBS), Long Island Association (LIA), former Officer and Director of the Long Island Builders Association, and former Board of Trustees for the Knox School.
- John J. Finn, Director of Leasing & Acquisitions: John Finn is a partner and the Director of Leasing and Acquisitions at Damianos Realty Group. He joined the firm in 1998 and has been instrumental in its growth and expansion. John has successfully negotiated countless transactions for the 25 properties in the firm's impressive commercial portfolio, all while managing to oversee the day-to-day operations. He is the Town of Smithtown's designee for the Suffolk County Planning Commission, a member of the Long Island Business News 40 Under 40 Club, and a recipient of the Top Commercial Real Estate Power Brokers award from Costar.
