Roof Installation
We specialize in complete roof system installations for residential and commercial properties. Our expertise includes fiberglass composition shingles (3-tab & laminate), wood shake, metal roofing systems, and slate installations. Each project follows strict manufacturer guidelines to ensure proper installation and warranty compliance. Our team conducts thorough site assessments to recommend optimal materials based on climate conditions, building codes, and client preferences.
Maintenance & Repairs
Our proactive maintenance programs prevent costly repairs through regular inspections and scheduled upkeep. Services include leak detection, flashing repairs, and system evaluations to extend roof lifespan. We maintain detailed service logs and offer reduced labor rates for contracted maintenance clients. Emergency repairs are available 24/7 with priority response times.
Deck Coatings
We apply durable, environmentally safe waterproof coatings for outdoor decks and walkways. Our four-coat elastomeric system provides slip resistance, UV protection, and Class-A fire rating. Available in eight standard colors with custom options, these coatings restore worn surfaces while maintaining structural integrity. Ideal for wood, concrete, and existing deck systems.
Skylight Installation
We install conventional and tubular skylights for residential and commercial spaces. Our specialists handle glass, acrylic, and solar-powered models with various tinting and operable options. For challenging spaces, we offer Velux Sun Tunnel systems that deliver natural light to hallways, closets, and interior rooms with minimal structural modification.
Roof Cleaning
Our low-pressure cleaning process removes moss, algae, and debris without damaging roofing materials. We use non-toxic solutions that preserve UV protection while restoring roof appearance. Each service includes a complete inspection and repair of minor issues before cleaning, with guaranteed site restoration to original condition.
