Our Services

At Cartruck Packaging, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our military and commercial packaging services include:

• Military CARC coatings
• Powder coatings (both to military and commercial specs)
• General industrial wet spray paint coatings
• All forms of military and commercial spec packaging, from small cartons or bags to large assemblies that require specialized wood boxes and shipping skids

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with four wet paint and powder coating lines, as well as advanced cleaning and pretreatment methods, including sandblasting, steel shot blasting, aqueous-based production parts washing, iron and zinc phosphating, and mil spec chemical film treatment for aluminum products.

Our History

Cartruck Packaging has a rich history that dates back to 1964, when the company was founded in Toledo, Ohio. In 1984, we set up our first military-approved coating line, becoming a one-stop shop for manufacturers who wanted the convenience of having their products painted and packaged to any military spec in one location. Over the years, we have continued to expand our services, adding powder coating in 1996 and moving to our current 24,000 square foot facility in Brooklyn, Ohio in 1986. Today, we are proud to be under the same management and ownership since 1984, with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality.
