Our History
Our journey began in 1935 when Elsie C. Llewellyn and John Crawford Llewellyn founded Llewellyn Realty, Inc. After Mr. Llewellyn's passing, Elsie continued to run the company until her son, Jack Llewellyn, returned from World War II in 1949. Together, Jack and Elsie developed residential and commercial properties, including West Vickery Heights, Sherwood Forest, and Forest Hills, as well as several commercial sites. The Llewellyn family's ranching operation in Baylor County, Texas, has been a significant part of our history, with John Carter Llewellyn, Jr. representing the fifth generation to run this ranch.
Meet Our Agents
Our team of agents is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. J. Carter Llewellyn, managing broker, joined the firm in 1970 after graduating from South Texas College of Law. Carter has served on various boards, including the City Board of Adjustment and the Metropolitan YMCA Board, while practicing real estate law and serving as an Escrow Officer and Fee Attorney for Alamo Title.
