Disappointing Experiences with Urban Skin Solution
Poor Quality Service and Misleading Information
Two customers, Ro-Reta Ishman and Shurane Jones Payne, shared their extremely disappointing experiences with Urban Skin Solution. They both felt misled by the staff and management, and received poor quality service. Ro-Reta was charged for a full leg peel but only received a partial treatment, while Shurane experienced poor results from her laser and chemical peel treatments.
Lack of Transparency and Unprofessionalism
Ro-Reta was not informed about the aftercare process or the greasy nature of the peel, and was not given a full refund despite her dissatisfaction. Shurane was unhappy with the way the doctor kept changing his story and was given a credit instead of a refund.
