Our Story
Born out of a childhood dream, Stephane, our Head Pastry Chef, decided to take the leap and open his own bakery in Midtown Manhattan in 2013. With a passion for pastry-making since the age of 16, Stephane was educated at the world-renowned Ferrandi, the French School of Culinary Arts, and trained by some of the best chefs in Paris. After two years working in a French bakery in New York, Stephane brought his French creations to the Big Apple, inspired by the pastry arts.
