Our founder, Piboon, or Boone as he's fondly known, has been cooking for over 60 years, and his passion is to share his culture and cuisine with the world. Boone's story began in Bangkok, where he learned the art of cooking from his mother and grandmother. He brought his family's recipes to St. Petersburg, and the rest is history. Today, Siam Garden is a testament to Boone's dedication to serving authentic Thai food, made with love and care.
