Facility and Location
The reviewers generally praised the facility and its location. Milo LeBaron III, Teena Mulholland, Lynn Bergman, Brig Bush, and Cori Page all complimented the hotel's proximity to the pool and other amenities. Teena Mulholland specifically highlighted the perfect location for their two families, with the bunk room providing great space for their five boys. Brig Bush noted that the owner was great to work with and responsive to their text messages.
Cleanliness and Maintenance
However, there were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance reported by some reviewers. Samantha Penate was extremely disappointed with the dirty state of their booked home, with no attempt to respond to their concerns until the next day. Melanie D. also reported finding greasy cabinets in the kitchen and lacking cords for the Wii system. Lynn Bergman recommended dusting the lights and fixing the broken trundle bed.
Pool and Amenities
The pool was a common amenity praised by many reviewers. Teena Mulholland enjoyed the pool as a welcome retreat after hiking, while Lynn Bergman appreciated the pool toys for her kiddos. Brig Bush noted that the property had a hot tub and pool table, making it a great space for their family reunion.
Customer Service
However, Samantha Penate was extremely upset with the lack of responsiveness from the property management, only receiving a response the following morning and being told that the issue would be escalated the next day. Melanie D. also reported difficulty in contacting the property management about an issue with the air conditioning.
