Making every bite a delightful experience

Our Story

At Little Tart Bakeshop, our journey began as a small stall at the Atlanta farmers' markets in 2010. Our founder, Sarah O'Brien, was drawn to the warm and vibrant city of Atlanta, attracted by its long growing season, abundant local produce, and a community that welcomes newcomers with open arms. Our first brick-and-mortar shop opened in Grant Park in 2011, followed by our stall at Krog Street Market in 2014 and our Summerhill location in 2019.

Our Mission

We believe that the key to our success lies in our commitment to using only the finest local ingredients, sourced from the best local farmers, jam makers, beekeepers, cheese makers, and butchers. We strive to become better bakers with each passing day, and we're passionate about sharing our love for pastry-making with our customers. Since the beginning, we've been driven by a desire to create delicious, thoughtfully-produced pastry and coffee that bring joy to our customers.
