Poor Communication and Rude Staff
Several reviewers experienced poor communication and rude staff at Nikodem Dental. Thomas Chenault had to wait for months for his dentures and was treated rudely by the front desk staff. Robyn Deckard's daughter was quoted a certain price for her denture plates, but was later told she needed to pay an additional $1,329. She was also told that she needed to get both upper and lower plates done again, despite being happy with her temporary upper plate. Kaylee Parr had a poor experience with the front desk, who were unable to find her insurance information and then tried to charge her for a cleaning.
Dissatisfaction with Services
Some reviewers were dissatisfied with the services provided by Nikodem Dental. James Weaver was in pain for six days after a tooth was removed and was told that the office was short-staffed and couldn't accommodate him. Leroy Kratzer's wife was unhappy with the service and felt that it was too expensive.
