• Abstract of Judgment: We will prepare, file, and forward the Abstract of Judgment to the appropriate County Recorder for one price. The Court and County Recorder fees will be paid by the Plaintiff.
• 8/12/24 Hour Keeper: We prepare, file, and forward the Writ of Execution to the appropriate law enforcement agency for one price per defendant.
• Bank Account Garnishment: We will prepare, file, and forward the Writ of Execution to the appropriate law enforcement agency for one price per defendant.
• Wage Garnishment: We will prepare, file, and forward the Writ of Execution to the appropriate law enforcement agency for one price per defendant.
• Order for Appearance & Examination: We provide the Order to Produce Statement of Assets and to Appear for Examination, Judgment Debtor's Statement of Assets, and Small Claims Subpoena.
• Courier Delivery: We offer courier delivery services for your legal documents.

The Thomas H. Penn Story

The Thomas H. Penn story began in 1973 when a young entrepreneur recognized the need for small claims legal document preparation and process serving. He started by taking his typewriter into client offices, where he would prepare the legal documents and then file them at the local court house. He then served each Defendant, becoming the first Process Server to combine Typing, Filing & Serving for One Price.

Over the years, the business has evolved and adapted to the changing market. In 1998, after the consolidation in the consumer finance market, the focus shifted to small business, government contracts, dentist & automobile dealerships. In 2005, SmallClaimsStore.com was launched, providing a secure website for clients to access legal document preparation and process serving services. In 2015, the website was relaunched and rebranded, offering the same comprehensive and affordable services that the company has become known for.
