Our Story
Our journey began in Italy, where our founder, Corrado Palmieri, was born and raised in the charming region of Salento. Growing up in a city rich in history and culture, Corrado was instilled with a deep appreciation for the rich flavors and aromas of traditional Italian coffee. After years of perfecting his craft, Corrado decided to bring his passion to the United States, opening the first Palmieri Cafe in Dallas, Texas.
