Outstanding Care and Results
The Alliance Medical spa has received several glowing reviews from satisfied patients. Jason Fishman's mother underwent a surgical procedure to remove her teeth and insert implant teeth, but unfortunately, she experienced immense pain and discomfort. After consulting with the nurse at Alliance Medical, she received Botox treatment for TMJ (teeth grinding) and experienced significant relief from pain for the first time in 18 months. Jason highly recommends the spa, praising their compassionate and empathetic approach, reasonable prices, and effective treatment.
Erica, Spero Stamboulis, Susan Andresen, and Debbe Z. all gave the spa five stars, with Erica and Susan mentioning excellent staff and results, respectively. Spero praised the facility's exceptional service, knowledgeable staff, and reasonable costs. Debbe appreciated the friendly and affordable care she received from Nadia and staff.
Disappointing Experiences
However, two patients had negative experiences with the spa. Hiva Zadeh received 40 units of Botox but still saw visible lines on her forehead. After two injections, the spa offered more units but only after she had already paid a significant amount. As a result, she does not recommend the spa.
Asi T. had an even more disappointing experience with the spa's Groupon coupon. The receptionist initially told her she had used up all her Botox units, but later the manager claimed the coupon only promised "up to" 40 units, contradicting their earlier statement. Asi was unhappy with the spa's inconsistent communication and unorganized service.
Tatyana Taribo Krayevskiy Cpa rated the spa two stars, expressing mixed feelings about her experience. While she appreciated the care from one injection specialist, she felt pressured to sign up for multiple point programs and was misinformed about prices. The spa's communication and pricing system seemed confusing, leading to frustration.
