We are at 6101 Balcones Drive Suite 101, Austin, TX 78731. Our new location opened October 22, 2023, with easy access and ample parking.
What hair services do you offer?
We provide haircuts, color treatments, smoothing services, hair repair, and styling. Each service is performed by experienced stylists specializing in personalized solutions for all hair types.
How do cancellation policies work?
Policies vary by stylist, but we recommend 24-hour notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% charge, while no-shows are charged 100% of the service fee.
Can I purchase products online?
Yes, our online store offers Kevin Murphy, K18, and Brazilian Blowout products. Oribe products remain available for purchase during in-salon visits only.
What if I'm not satisfied with my service?
Contact your stylist within two days for a complimentary adjustment. We require in-person consultations to assess hair condition and ensure your complete satisfaction with our corrective services.
