Empowering Businesses, Enriching Communities

At Baily Winery & Vineyard, our story is one of passion, dedication, and a love for the art of winemaking. Our journey began in 1981 when Carol and Phil Baily, along with their two sons, made the bold decision to leave the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles behind and move to the Temecula Valley. Little did they know that this move would lay the foundation for a lifelong pursuit of their love for wine and a dream to share their passion with the world.

Our Story

We planted our first acre of grapes on Mother's Day in 1982 and have since grown our estate vineyards to cover 29 acres across four different locations in the Temecula Valley. Our family takes pride in farming these vineyards with sustainable practices, ensuring that our grapes are of the highest quality and reflective of the unique terroir of our region.

Our Estates

We are proud to showcase our extensive estate vineyards, which are carefully managed to produce high-quality grapes. Our vineyards are planted with a variety of wine grapes, including Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Malbec, Sangiovese, and Mourvedre. From Mother's Vineyard, planted in 1982, to Berenda Vineyard, planted in 1968, each vineyard has its unique characteristics and contributes to the complexity of our wines.

Our Wine Making

At the heart of our winemaking philosophy is a commitment to traditional methods, a focus on quality, and an unwavering passion for crafting exceptional wines. From harvest to bottling, every step of the winemaking process is carefully monitored to preserve the integrity and character of our grapes. Our winemaking team is dedicated to producing wines that truly showcase the best of Temecula Valley.
