Our History
Indigo Mortgage began on January 1, 2003, with a vision to create a different type of mortgage company, one that prioritizes customer service, integrity, and moral behavior. After more than a decade in business, including navigating the challenging economic downturn and its impact on the housing and mortgage industry, Indigo Mortgage remains one of the state's largest mortgage companies. We operate five divisions, including Residential Loans, VA Home Loans, Reverse Mortgages, Construction Loans, and a Commercial Lending division.
